Summary
From 2021 to now, I have led projects across the end-to-end guest experience including a search and browse redesign, top-of-funnel booking improvements, revamping favorites, and enhancing the trip experience through a more guided pickup, dropoff, and wayfinding experience. In addition, I led a full re-platforming of our internal support tools.
